Fantastic location, cozy atmosphere, and excellent spa services.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation. Hotel was clean and wonderful with accommodating staff and fantastic location in which to relax as well as the restaurant. Got double superior and reasonably large room with shower when arrived, liked that....  

It had absolutely perfect and excellent location a couple of blocks away from Le Club Movie Theater. Choose superior double room with a view over the slopes.

The hotel is cozy with a great atmosphere and charming décor. The breakfast features fresh, homemade options, and the spa is quite lovely. Some room sizes were disappointing, making it hard to move around comfortably. The restaurant is excellent, but be sure to book ahead.

We had a great 7-night stay! The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot and cold options, and I loved the cozy bar with comfy seating. The spa facilities were a real highlight, especially the lovely swimming pool. I would definitely return!

I spent a week in a Classic Double Room at The Originals Relais and enjoyed the beautiful location right in the heart of Les Gets. Breakfast offered a great variety, with both hot and cold options that kept me satisfied every morning. The ski storage was excellent, complete with heated boot holders, which I really appreciated after a long day on the slopes. I loved cozying up in the lounge area with a drink in hand after skiing. The bar closing early in the evening was a letdown. I returned from an evening out only to find the bar already shut, frustrating. The jacuzzi and pool were too cold to enjoy, even during the afternoons. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the service in the restaurant could be slow. I experienced a long wait for my meal one evening. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit dated and didn't have kettles for tea or coffee, which would have been a nice touch. While I had a good stay, some improvements could enhance the experience.

Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay, especially at the spa and pool after skiing. The nearby restaurant served delicious food, though we experienced a slight delay with our main course. Don't miss trying their amazing desserts! Bring a book for the bar if you're returning late.

I adored the warm, inviting ambiance of the large living area, complete with wood décor that added a cozy alpine charm. The accessibility to the slopes.

More informational signage for elderly guests would help.

The accommodations here are spacious with nice big bathrooms, a balcony, and a large terrace, and the team is incredibly welcoming!
